Join our dynamic team as a Data Analyst in People Analytics, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our reporting and analytics functions. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to meaningful insights and compliance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Lead Data Analyst to maintain and audit People Analytics dashboards and reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of weekly and monthly reports.
- Support compliance reporting by preparing, validating, and submitting necessary data.
- Assist in creating analyses and insights for stakeholder requests.
- Develop and refine SQL queries to extract and validate data from HR systems.
- Facilitate Workday reporting and data extraction, including troubleshooting and basic configuration.
- Document metrics, reporting logic, and data sources, addressing data quality issues as needed.
- Manage ad hoc analytics requests while balancing regular deliverables.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in analytics or reporting within a data-driven environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and validation.
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS for reporting and data management.
- Strong communication skills to explain metrics and recommendations to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience with BI dashboards and maintaining data quality.
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and reporting processes.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee data with discretion and sound judgment.
