We are seeking a creative and talented Retail Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on brand identity and packaging design, while also supporting various marketing initiatives across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Support a variety of design projects, adapting existing brand systems and developing new creative concepts.
• Create and execute visual solutions for brand identity, packaging, retail marketing, and in-store graphic communications.
• Develop creative concepts from ideation through to final execution, ensuring brand consistency.
• Build presentations and materials that effectively communicate design rationale and connect solutions to business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting established deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or packaging design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and packaging design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to articulate creative decisions and design rationale.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with creating or adapting brand systems across various touchpoints.
• Familiarity with retail marketing and in-store signage design.
• Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Miro or similar platforms.
• Awareness of current design trends and the ability to apply insights to creative solutions.
