We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and enhance your skills in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily supply chain operations by managing supplier relationships and procurement processes.
- Utilize Excel to analyze data, create reports, and track supplier performance metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase requisitions and maintain procurement records.
- Conduct research on potential suppliers and compile relevant industry benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination with suppliers.
- Participate in the documentation of standard operating procedures and assist in supplier onboarding activities.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP systems and data management software.
- Familiarity with SQL and advanced data modeling techniques.
- Background in procurement or supply chain management.
- Knowledge of industry standards and trends related to commodities.
