JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst to support a highly integrated Salesforce environment and help drive continuous improvements across business processes, system configuration, and user experience. This role blends hands-on Salesforce administration with business analysis, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, solving problems, and supporting scalable solutions in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure Salesforce, including objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approvals, reports, and dashboards.
  • Support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud operations, with additional exposure to TrackWise Digital considered valuable.
  • Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security settings to support proper system control.
  • Provide Tier 2 support for Salesforce incidents, service requests, and defects.
  • Assist with sandbox management, release activities, and controlled deployments.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Lead process mapping and future-state design discussions to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Create functional documentation and maintain alignment between requirements, configuration, and testing.
  • Support test planning, system testing, user acceptance testing, defect triage, retesting, and sign-off.
  • Work within SDLC, validation, and change control processes to support compliant delivery.
  • Investigate integration issues and help drive root cause analysis and corrective actions with technical teams.
  • Support data quality efforts, including data corrections and controlled data loads.
  • Partner with integration, engineering, and vendor teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.

Skills

  • 3–4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Direct hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Experience supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise Salesforce administration and business analysis practices.
  • Experience working with highly integrated and validated business processes.
  • Ability to document requirements clearly and maintain traceability through testing and deployment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to accuracy, reliability, and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with TrackWise Digital.
  • Background in medical device, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with ERP integrations, such as Oracle.
  • Experience supporting sandbox refreshes, release coordination, and deployment activities.
  • Comfort working in environments that value process discipline, validation, and change control.
