Responsibilities

• Manage and support various Salesforce applications and platforms across the organization.
• Configure Salesforce elements such as objects, fields, validation rules, and reports.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop Salesforce solutions.
• Provide Tier-2 support, assist with user acceptance testing, and manage data integrations.
• Support Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and potentially TrackWise Digital environments.

Skills

• Proven experience in Salesforce Health Cloud administration.
• 3–4+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
• Ability to support integrated and validated business processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TrackWise Digital is highly advantageous.
• Background in medical device, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries is preferred.
