We are seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Technician to provide exceptional technical support services in a dynamic work environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on problem-solving and delivering high-quality service while working collaboratively with teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch desktop support services, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
• Prioritize and resolve incoming service requests to ensure seamless business operations.
• Deploy and configure software applications and modern operating systems for end-users.
• Provide Level 3 support for desktop configurations and remote workforce setups.
• Document resolutions and manage incidents using IT service management tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to enforce policies and support enterprise initiatives.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and enhance endpoint management.
• Support executive setups and manage network-connected devices, escalating issues as necessary.
• Maintain accurate asset-tracking records and coordinate hardware lifecycle management.

Skills

• Associate degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in desktop support within a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and JAMF for device management.
• Strong skills in PowerShell scripting for automation and endpoint management.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
• Experience with ITIL-based service management processes.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and tools.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting for complex automation tasks.
• Knowledge of virtual desktop infrastructure platforms.
