We are seeking a dynamic Power Solutions Project Manager to lead and coordinate power deployment projects within a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the energy strategy across multiple locations while working with a diverse team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination and execution of multiple power solution projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to verify compliance with technical standards and specifications.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present status reports to upper management, highlighting project achievements and challenges.
• Facilitate the procurement process for necessary equipment and materials.
• Navigate complex permitting processes and ensure regulatory compliance across various jurisdictions.
• Drive project execution by identifying and resolving critical path blockers effectively.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within power infrastructure or utility-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, power generation, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of fostering collaboration among diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale industrial or logistics facility power infrastructure.
• Familiarity with natural gas pipeline design and air permitting processes.
• Knowledge of commissioning and energization of critical power systems.
• Certifications such as PMP or PE are highly regarded.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
