We are seeking a dynamic Power Solutions Project Manager to lead and coordinate power deployment projects within a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the energy strategy across multiple locations while working with a diverse team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the coordination and execution of multiple power solution projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to verify compliance with technical standards and specifications.
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present status reports to upper management, highlighting project achievements and challenges.
- Facilitate the procurement process for necessary equipment and materials.
- Navigate complex permitting processes and ensure regulatory compliance across various jurisdictions.
- Drive project execution by identifying and resolving critical path blockers effectively.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within power infrastructure or utility-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, power generation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of fostering collaboration among diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with large-scale industrial or logistics facility power infrastructure.
- Familiarity with natural gas pipeline design and air permitting processes.
- Knowledge of commissioning and energization of critical power systems.
- Certifications such as PMP or PE are highly regarded.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
