Responsibilities

• Efficiently process customer payments through various channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Apply cash to open invoices in the ERP system, resolving any discrepancies or exceptions.
• Conduct detailed account reconciliations and resolve variances between account balances.
• Manage billing disputes and process necessary adjustments with proper documentation.
• Prepare and analyze cash application and payment reconciliation reports.
• Serve as a power user of the ERP system, identifying opportunities for process optimization.

Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash application, or account reconciliation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and pivot tables.
• Strong expertise in ERP systems like Workday, NetSuite, or SAP.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes with precision.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with cash application automation platforms.
• Familiarity with banking systems and payment API integrations.
• Experience in a high-growth or hypergrowth company environment.
