We are seeking a motivated Enablement Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on enhancing the onboarding and training processes to support our field teams in delivering exceptional service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enablement programs that drive success for acquisitions and account management teams.
- Facilitate onboarding and training sessions to equip teams with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Create engaging educational materials, including eLearning content and participation guides.
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize enablement strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance training effectiveness and engagement.
- Maintain and update program documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an enablement role with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on collaboration across teams.
- Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Salesforce, Gsuite, and content management systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the travel or hospitality tech industry.
- Background in Learning & Development, particularly in sales enablement.
- Creative design skills to produce compelling training content.
