Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and development teams to capture and refine requirements for an examiner workflow tool.
• Facilitate Agile meetings and update user stories to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of web-based UI and data-driven applications.
• Engage in backlog refinement sessions and assist with release management and PI planning.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computing Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading projects or key business initiatives.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work closely with business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS GovCloud User Interface (UI) application development projects.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, Scaled Agile Framework, or CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
• Experience in IT portfolio and customer relationship management.
