Join our dynamic team as a Senior Business Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming legacy systems into cutting-edge solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite in Washington D.C., contributing to innovative projects that leverage AWS cloud services.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners and development teams to capture and refine requirements for an examiner workflow tool.
- Facilitate Agile meetings and update user stories to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of web-based UI and data-driven applications.
- Engage in backlog refinement sessions and assist with release management and PI planning.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computing Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience leading projects or key business initiatives.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work closely with business and technical teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS GovCloud User Interface (UI) application development projects.
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, Scaled Agile Framework, or CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
- Experience in IT portfolio and customer relationship management.
