We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team, where you will play a key role in driving innovative technology initiatives. This temporary position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects that include Generative AI and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using various tools.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts in multiple programming languages.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
- Conduct performance testing and provide infrastructure support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive resolution of issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team leadership.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to report progress, risks, and quality metrics.
- Support manual testing and articulate complex requirements for test case creation.
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in test automation and quality engineering.
- Strong experience with Playwright, Selenium, and integration testing.
- Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Solid programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and C#.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the life insurance or finance industry.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and cloud-native tools.
- Experience with low code solutions and performance testing tools.
- Strong soft skills and ability to mentor within a collaborative team structure.
