We are seeking a talented Senior Web Producer to join our dynamic Web Marketing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the production of high-quality web experiences that drive engagement and support our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end production process for marketing pages and campaign experiences on the company website.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all web content meets design, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Manage project timelines and communicate production requirements to stakeholders effectively.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to maintain a high standard of web performance and user experience.
• Support A/B testing and personalization efforts to optimize web journeys and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with localization teams to ensure global web content is accurately represented across different regions.
• Contribute to the development of web production best practices and documentation.

Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in web production or content management, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and familiarity with web content management systems.
• Strong understanding of web QA processes, including cross-browser/device testing and performance optimization.
• Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS and their impact on web design and accessibility.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with web analytics tools and A/B testing platforms.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Asana.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines and best practices.
• Experience working on localized websites and coordinating with international stakeholders.
