We are seeking a talented FP&A Manager to join a dynamic team focused on driving financial insights and strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and efficiency of a leading organization in the software industry.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance financial planning models to support revenue, gross margin, and billings forecasting.
- Prepare detailed analyses for annual planning and quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct monthly outlooks to monitor business performance and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive daily forecast analyses at quarter-end.
- Model complex scenarios for pricing strategies, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in financial analysis or strategic finance, preferably within SaaS companies.
- Expertise in Excel and proficiency in financial planning software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and summarize large data sets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with business operations in a B2B software environment.
- CFA or CPA certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
