Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications, scripts, and libraries to automate solutions from start to finish.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and improvements.
- Analyze and optimize performance bottlenecks to enhance code efficiency.
- Participate in code and design reviews to ensure high-quality and maintainable code.
- Debug software defects and issues related to automation scripts and playbooks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation scripts, playbooks, and procedures.
Skills
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Ansible for automating network infrastructure.
- Experience with NodeJS, NextJS, or React.
- Familiarity with source code version control systems and GitLab Actions.
- Experience with AWS services, including Fargate / ECS, and using Terraform.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of networking protocols, distributed systems, or real-time systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
