We are seeking a talented Senior Content Editor to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transformation of our HR content portfolio while working in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and update content in preparation for migration to a new content management platform.
- Participate in testing and validation to ensure successful content migration with the correct structure and metadata.
- Transform long-form content into reusable fragments that align with new content needs and audiences.
- Contribute to the development of content standards and guidelines, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Manage workflows and identify improvements in content management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely publication of materials.
- Respond to customer requests for content creation and updates in line with process changes.
Skills
- 4+ years of professional experience in content management systems.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven project management experience, capable of managing multiple stakeholder needs.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience with reusable or "headless content" and information architecture.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse teams.
- Experience in a multi-language publishing environment.
