We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager to enhance digital experiences and lead innovative automation solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to shape the future of our digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and define reusable patterns to enhance automation solutions.
• Conduct proofs of concept and comparative assessments of AI tools and frameworks.
• Develop and support low-code automation solutions using platforms like Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Analyze data across multiple systems to identify and deliver automation use cases.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture requirements and lead technical discussions focused on process automation.
• Utilize REST APIs to streamline existing processes and improve operational excellence.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience working with APIs and 2+ years in AI development.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with low-code automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple complex tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agent orchestration and performance testing.
• Knowledge of NLP/LLM frameworks and vector databases.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Strong influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to changing requirements.
