We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager to enhance digital experiences and lead innovative automation solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to shape the future of our digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and define reusable patterns to enhance automation solutions.
- Conduct proofs of concept and comparative assessments of AI tools and frameworks.
- Develop and support low-code automation solutions using platforms like Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Analyze data across multiple systems to identify and deliver automation use cases.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture requirements and lead technical discussions focused on process automation.
- Utilize REST APIs to streamline existing processes and improve operational excellence.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience working with APIs and 2+ years in AI development.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with low-code automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple complex tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with agent orchestration and performance testing.
- Knowledge of NLP/LLM frameworks and vector databases.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
- Strong influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to changing requirements.
