We are seeking a talented Growth Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our team and lead the marketing analytics function for a dynamic consumer business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence data-driven decision-making and drive revenue outcomes through advanced marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing analytics, reporting, and insights for various marketing initiatives.
• Manage and maintain the marketing metrics scorecard for cross-functional and executive meetings.
• Define and monitor marketing KPIs to assess the impact of marketing on sales.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to provide insights into marketing performance across channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing data and reporting needs are met.
• Partner with data science teams to automate reporting and enhance data accuracy.
• Lead discussions to align on marketing data and analytics roadmap items.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, or data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and experience with data visualization tools.
• Expertise in marketing performance metrics, attribution, and funnel analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with media agencies and crafting dashboards for marketing insights.
• Basic SQL or database querying skills.
• Familiarity with marketing technology stacks and data sources.
• Exposure to statistical modeling, experimentation, or A/B testing methodologies.
