Join our dynamic team as an IT Support Specialist, where you'll provide essential technical support to onsite team members as well as virtual employees within the organization, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing user experiences. 

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote technical support to teams across multiple regions.
• Manage and troubleshoot hardware and software for Apple and Windows devices.
• Deploy and image laptops and desktops using standard deployment tools.
• Assist with audio-visual system setup and support for meetings and events.
• Administer software services and respond to support requests through ticketing systems.
• Maintain inventory control for hardware and software resources.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline user experience and escalate issues as needed.

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in IT support roles and managing ticket-based systems.
• Proficiency in enterprise management tools for Apple and Windows devices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly with macOS troubleshooting.
• Understanding of basic to intermediate networking concepts.
• Service-oriented attitude with excellent customer service skills.
