Join our team as a Change Management Consultant and play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of innovative solutions. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and facilitate the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to support project goals.
- Identify and analyze use cases, leading engaging virtual workshops to promote understanding and adoption.
- Conduct demonstrations and host live office hours to provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Maintain a professional and respectful work environment, acting with integrity and responsibility.
- Travel to Detroit 1-2 times per month for 2-3 days to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in change management.
- Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with a strong executive presence.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI adoption and implementation projects.
- Proven ability to lead and manage virtual teams effectively.
