Responsibilities
- Design and deploy advanced predictive models and AI-powered tools to improve risk assessment and intervention strategies.
- Develop natural language processing (NLP) solutions that transform unstructured data into actionable insights.
- Implement machine learning techniques to enhance real-time caregiver interactions and support systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure model quality, compliance, and effective data handling practices.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the overall AI roadmap by evaluating emerging technologies.
Skills
- Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science; Ph.D. is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in applied data science with a proven track record in deploying predictive and NLP models.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks.
- Expertise in classical and advanced machine learning methods, including deep learning techniques.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with large language models and related technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized deployment processes.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation across various systems.
