Join our team as a STIBO Developer and play a crucial role in managing and enhancing data accuracy and quality across our organization. This onsite position offers the opportunity to work on significant data management projects and support ongoing operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for STIBO portfolio projects and ensure smooth operational processes.
- Identify and resolve STIBO-related issues to maintain system reliability and continuity.
- Enhance data accuracy, consistency, and governance across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with team members to support upcoming STIBO initiatives and drive project success.
- Analyze complex data challenges and implement scalable Master Data Management solutions.
Skills
- Strong expertise in STIBO Systems, particularly STEP.
- Solid understanding of Master Data Management methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or similar scripting languages for customization and automation.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, including data abstraction layers, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on data quality.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
