Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver both digital and physical instructional materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate and relevant.
• Utilize instructional design tools to create effective learning solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and implement improvements as needed.
• Ensure all content aligns with best practices and learning objectives.

Skills

• Proven experience in instructional design with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency in using design tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Synthesia or other video creation tools.
• Experience in creating content for diverse learning audiences.
• Knowledge of current trends in instructional design and technology.
