Join a dynamic team as a Sr. EDI Business Analyst, where you'll bridge the gap between technical and business teams to drive impactful supply chain solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process for brand partners and vendors, ensuring seamless EDI integration.
- Monitor and resolve EDI transaction issues, maintaining compliance with supplier standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable integration solutions.
- Support wholesale channel operations by managing order transmissions and fulfillment updates.
- Drive process improvements and establish best practices for EDI governance.
- Communicate effectively with brand partners to support long-term success and manage EDI-related projects.
Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience with EDI in retail or manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of EDI transaction sets and supply chain processes.
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with SAP and EDI mapping, testing, and troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with international EDI integrations and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Background in managing enterprise-level projects and driving strategic outcomes.
