Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Receivable Operations Manager, where you'll lead and optimize billing functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the Accounts Receivable Billing team, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform month-end close responsibilities related to AR, including reconciliations, fluctuation analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes and implement best practices.
- Oversee high-volume invoicing and ensure proper revenue recognition.
- Drive continuous process improvements and develop KPIs to monitor performance.
- Mentor and develop team members while ensuring adherence to internal controls.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with strong accounting knowledge.
- 5-10+ years of progressive AR/Billing experience with leadership experience.
- Experience in a high-volume, complex billing SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
Preferred Skills
- CPA certification is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and/or Zuora.
- International billing experience, particularly in the EU.
- Proven experience in implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies.
