Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Receivable Operations Manager, where you'll lead and optimize billing functions. 

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Accounts Receivable Billing team, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Perform month-end close responsibilities related to AR, including reconciliations, fluctuation analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes and implement best practices.
• Oversee high-volume invoicing and ensure proper revenue recognition.
• Drive continuous process improvements and develop KPIs to monitor performance.
• Mentor and develop team members while ensuring adherence to internal controls.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with strong accounting knowledge.
• 5-10+ years of progressive AR/Billing experience with leadership experience. 
• Experience in a high-volume, complex billing SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

Preferred Skills

• CPA certification is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and/or Zuora.
• International billing experience, particularly in the EU.
• Proven experience in implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies.
