We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Fabric R&D Assistant Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative product development in a dynamic environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the ideation, development, and execution of the product and vendor capability strategy.
• Facilitate communication between brand teams and international product teams to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
• Manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) maintenance through the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
• Monitor product development timelines and escalate issues affecting deadlines as necessary.
• Provide garment costing analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute category product development strategies.

Skills

• Experience in global product development with a strong understanding of design and vendor management.
• Ability to solve problems proactively and manage multiple challenges effectively.
• Strong communication skills to convey data and information clearly to cross-functional partners.
• Attention to detail to ensure product execution meets key milestones.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to merchandising and financial target management.
• Experience working in a matrixed organizational environment.
