Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to identify business needs and recommend solutions that boost organizational performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring they align with business goals.
- Analyze complex business processes and systems to uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and communicate findings effectively to leadership.
- Guide cross-functional teams through change management processes to implement recommended solutions.
- Independently tackle complex issues, escalating critical matters when necessary.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least four years of relevant experience in business analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with change management methodologies and practices.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
