Join our team as a Marketing Asset Management Specialist supporting a high volume customer marketing asset project within the quick service restaurant space. This onsite role will focus on organizing, reviewing, updating, and transferring existing customer program collateral and training materials into a structured digital asset management process.
Responsibilities
- Organize, review, and maintain existing customer program collateral and training materials.
- Support a high volume asset cleanup and transfer project involving existing customer facing materials.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Communications, RD&E, Creative Services, and Field teams to support customer collateral needs.
- Review materials for accuracy, consistency, completeness, formatting, and version control.
- Support file organization, naming conventions, asset tracking, and lifecycle maintenance.
- Work with established templates, brand standards, and production processes.
Skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience working with marketing collateral, production files, templates, and brand standards.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience, especially InDesign.
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, high volume asset environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing Communications, or a similar field.
- 3 to 5 years of related experience required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital asset management platforms or asset libraries.
- Experience with SharePoint or similar file management platforms.
- Experience supporting customer facing collateral or training materials.
- Experience in foodservice, hospitality, restaurant, or quick service restaurant environments is helpful but not required.
