Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the development of customer program materials and training initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Communications, RD&E, and Field teams to support customer-facing marketing needs.
• Lead a project support team, including two Marketing Assistants, to ensure successful project execution.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for collateral management and project coordination.

• Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting, managing time effectively.
• Proficient in media production, communication, and dissemination techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in mentoring and providing constructive performance feedback.
• Background in Design, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
