Join our team as a Marketing Production Lead supporting a high volume customer marketing asset project within the quick service restaurant space. This onsite role will focus on organizing, updating, and managing existing customer program collateral and training materials, while helping support a small production team through a structured asset cleanup and transfer effort.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, organization, and management of customer program collateral and training materials.
- Support a high volume asset cleanup and transfer project involving existing customer facing materials.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Communications, Creative Services, RD&E, and Field teams to support customer collateral needs.
- Help coordinate the work of two Marketing Assistants serving as project support resources.
- Update and organize existing materials such as training cards, wall charts, product guides, installation guides, and related collateral.
- Support file organization, asset tracking, naming conventions, and preparation of materials for digital asset management.
Skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience working with marketing collateral, production files, templates, and brand standards.
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite experience, especially InDesign.
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, high volume production environment.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor or guide project support resources and provide constructive feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing Communications, or a similar field.
- 3 to 5 years of related experience required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital asset management, asset libraries, file organization, or asset transfer projects.
- Experience with SharePoint or similar file management platforms.
- Experience supporting customer facing collateral or training materials.
- Experience in foodservice, hospitality, restaurant, or QSR environments is helpful but not required.
