Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop customer program materials and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Communications, RD&E, and Field teams to support customer-facing marketing needs.
• Lead and manage a team of two Marketing Assistants to ensure project success.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for collateral management and project coordination.

Skills

• Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in media production, communication, and dissemination techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in mentoring and providing constructive performance feedback.
• Background in Design, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
