Join a dynamic team as a Leave, Accommodations & Workers’ Compensation Administrator, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing employee leave and accommodation processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing organization by ensuring smooth and compliant case management.
Responsibilities
- Administer employee leave programs, including intake, eligibility assessment, and return-to-work coordination.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave and accommodation requirements.
- Coordinate workplace accommodations from intake through implementation, collaborating with HR and legal teams.
- Manage workers’ compensation claims, including intake, reporting, and case administration.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring audit readiness and confidentiality.
- Partner with stakeholders to provide guidance and support for leave and accommodation processes.
- Develop and deliver training related to leave and accommodation programs.
Skills
- Strong experience in administering leaves of absence and accommodations.
- Knowledge of U.S. leave and accommodation concepts and policies.
- Experience partnering with third-party administrators and/or case management platforms (e.g., leave administrator and accommodations vendor).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and deadline discipline.
- High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency with HRIS, case management tools, and Microsoft 365.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting global employee populations.
