Responsibilities
- Develop and implement seasonal assortment strategies and line architecture for men's apparel.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish regional pricing strategies in line with global guidelines.
- Provide consumer-focused feedback on product lines and oversee in-season execution.
- Analyze consumer demand trends to guide planning and assortment decisions.
- Present category strategies to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales goals.
Skills
- Proven experience in merchandising and creating seasonal assortment plans.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
