Responsibilities

• Translate brand guidelines into visually appealing assets tailored to each platform.
• Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and content calendars.
• Produce short-form videos and motion graphics using editing software.
• Maintain visual consistency across all channels while introducing fresh concepts.
• Stay updated on design trends and cultural moments to inspire new content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, copywriters, and other team members to align visuals with messaging and campaign goals.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in social media design or content creation roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social-first design and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and mobile-first content design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in creating motion graphics or animated content.
• Familiarity with paid social creative requirements and performance optimization.
