Responsibilities

• Define and implement the purpose, scope, and governance structure for the Managed Service Provider Excellence Center of Excellence.
• Develop and establish standards and processes for teams and vendors to follow.
• Create and deliver training programs and materials to ensure consistent understanding of governance and operational expectations.
• Conduct assessments of the current governance ecosystem to identify gaps and develop improvement roadmaps.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure project delivery within defined scope and timelines.

Skills

• Extensive experience in consulting or enterprise roles focused on CoE design and operation.
• Proven ability to develop actionable governance standards and training materials for multi-provider managed services.
• Strong facilitation and instructional design skills with experience in delivering training to diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and a track record of effective stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITIL, PMP, or similar certifications.
• Background in technology services environments and capability development programs.
• Ability to produce practical and user-friendly documentation and standards.
