We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Business Systems Analyst Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the testing of system-generated client correspondence, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business and IT to ensure quality in client correspondence development and testing.
• Manage testing efforts, collaborating with developers and business partners to create effective test plans.
• Execute tests and document results, ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures.
• Identify and communicate risks or issues, providing solutions and status updates to project managers.
• Facilitate effective collaboration by translating technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in testing or business systems analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in creating and implementing test plans and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization.
