We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Business Systems Analyst Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the testing of system-generated client correspondence, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business and IT to ensure quality in client correspondence development and testing.
- Manage testing efforts, collaborating with developers and business partners to create effective test plans.
- Execute tests and document results, ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Identify and communicate risks or issues, providing solutions and status updates to project managers.
- Facilitate effective collaboration by translating technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
Skills
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in testing or business systems analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in creating and implementing test plans and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization.
