Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision for video projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience needs.
• Conduct interviews and capture authentic content that resonates with viewers.
• Develop storyboards and narratives that effectively convey key messages and themes.
• Manage the production process, collaborating with creative teams and guiding talent on set.
• Oversee post-production activities, providing direction to editors and ensuring high-quality final outputs.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

Skills

• Proven experience in video direction and storytelling with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to craft engaging narratives and visual concepts that align with creative objectives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
