Join our team as a Learning Designer II, where you'll craft innovative training experiences that empower our workforce and enhance security awareness. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact through cutting-edge instructional design.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging and interactive e-learning modules and multimedia content to promote security awareness.
- Utilize instructional design models and adult learning theories to develop compelling training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content is relevant and addresses evolving security threats.
- Incorporate gamification elements to boost employee engagement and learning outcomes.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and refine content based on feedback and data.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, and job aids to support various training formats.
Skills
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and curriculum development.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities effectively.
- Expertise in using eLearning tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in designing gamified or scenario-based learning solutions.
- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI standards, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- A portfolio showcasing innovative training materials and storytelling techniques.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and best practices in security awareness.
