Responsibilities

• Incorporate gamification elements to boost employee engagement and learning outcomes.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and refine content based on feedback and data.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and job aids to support various training formats.

Skills

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and curriculum development.
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities effectively.
• Expertise in using eLearning tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360.
