We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs that drive impactful results. This remote position offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and make a significant impact within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery of results.
- Establish strong relationships with executive leadership, providing regular updates and setting clear expectations on program outcomes.
- Develop and refine program plans, schedules, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and rigor.
- Identify and manage risks proactively, resolving issues swiftly to maintain accountability for delivery timelines.
- Communicate complex program goals effectively to a broad audience, tailoring messaging for various stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of program management processes to enhance organizational maturity and efficiency.
Skills
- 12+ years of program management experience, with a proven track record in leading complex, data-driven initiatives.
- Expertise in using tools such as Airtable and Google Workspace, demonstrating strong attention to detail in execution.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of delivering clear and impactful messaging aligned with organizational tone.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities, fostering collaboration and building trusted relationships across functions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in governance and risk management, ensuring activities meet organizational integrity standards.
- Data literacy, with the ability to leverage data-driven practices to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive transformation initiatives within an organization.
