JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Content Editor to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the transformation of our HR content portfolio in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and migrate employee-facing content to a new content management platform.
  • Ensure content accuracy and relevance by conducting thorough reviews and updates prior to migration.
  • Participate in content testing and validation to guarantee successful migration and data integrity.
  • Transform long-form content into reusable fragments that align with new content needs and audiences.
  • Contribute to the development of style guidelines and content standards to optimize content for AI tools.
  • Manage content workflows and identify areas for improvement in content management systems.
  • Respond to customer requests for content creation and updates in line with defined timelines and processes.

Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in content management systems, such as Adobe Experience Manager or Contentful.
  • At least 2 years of project management experience with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience managing content operations for AI applications is essential.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with reusable or “headless content” and information architecture.
  • Strong judgment and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse teams.
  • A proactive approach to learning and a curiosity about content management processes.
