Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on organizational development and behavioral change issues to ensure successful project roll-outs.

Skills

• Proven experience in change management and organizational development.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate organizational readiness and develop strategic plans.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills to effectively engage with leadership teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in conducting organizational assessments and presenting findings to senior leaders.
