We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sr Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead significant projects within a large program, contributing to innovative solutions in the healthcare finance sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple project efforts within a major program, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and manage project scope statements, charters, and communication plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Drive project schedules and deliverables, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion.
- Identify and manage project risks, providing regular updates to executive leadership.
- Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
- 5+ years of proven experience in program and project management.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management and decision-making roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in project management tools, including MS Planner and MS Project.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fintech or healthcare payment products.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
