We are seeking an experienced Crisis & Incident Management Consultant to support a high-priority initiative aimed at enhancing enterprise resilience. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful outcomes in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute a structured enhancement roadmap for Crisis & Incident Management across various business and technology functions.
- Transform roadmap milestones into actionable work plans and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
- Coordinate with multiple workstreams to maintain alignment and track progress against defined milestones.
- Develop and refine key deliverables, including operating models, governance frameworks, and response procedures.
- Synthesize stakeholder feedback into clear documentation and actionable recommendations.
- Prepare materials for senior leadership updates and decision-making forums.
- Assist in overcoming execution challenges and removing blockers across teams.
Skills
- 9–10+ years of experience in crisis and incident management with a focus on execution and delivery.
- Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans and drive results within tight timelines.
- Strong coordination skills across business, technology, and corporate functions.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create executive-level reporting materials.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and adapt to shifting priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in enhancing enterprise Crisis & Incident Management programs within large organizations.
- Familiarity with crisis simulation exercises and incident response coordination.
- Knowledge of resilience frameworks such as NIST, ISO 22301, or FFIEC.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-focused approach.
