We are seeking experienced Enterprise Resilience Consultants to drive critical initiatives in business continuity and risk management. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment, focusing on enhancing organizational resilience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify and validate critical dependencies and Single Points of Failure (SPOFs).
• Assess risk exposure and business impact, guiding the evaluation of recovery strategies.
• Provide constructive challenges to existing business continuity plans, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
• Implement testing and validation standards, including scenario-based exercises to enhance plan effectiveness.
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership decision-making.

Skills

• 9-10+ years of experience in enterprise resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, or operational risk.
• Hands-on experience with Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and the development of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
• Familiarity with resilience frameworks and standards such as ISO 22301, NIST, or similar.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated industries like financial services, healthcare, or technology.
• Relevant certifications such as CBCP, CBCI, MBCP, or ISO 22301.
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across various levels and functions.
• Solution-focused mindset with the capacity to work independently under pressure.
