Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Program Management Office (PMO) to govern and track a portfolio of strategic initiatives.
• Design and implement project planning templates, execution tracking mechanisms, and governance structures.
• Manage program-level risks and dependencies, ensuring visibility for senior leadership to make informed decisions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to facilitate successful adoption of new methodologies and technologies.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and build targeted mitigation plans to address adoption risks.
• Create executive-ready dashboards and reporting packages to communicate program health and progress effectively.

Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience in program/portfolio management or organizational change management.
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a knack for crafting clear narratives.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to build KPI frameworks and track adoption metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in standing up or scaling a PMO function within internal audit or financial services.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications in project management or change management.
