Join a dynamic team as a PMO & Change Management Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating operational evolution and driving strategic execution across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to shape foundational operating disciplines with a lasting impact.
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the Program Management Office (PMO) to govern and track a portfolio of strategic initiatives.
- Design and implement project planning templates, execution tracking mechanisms, and governance structures.
- Manage program-level risks and dependencies, ensuring visibility for senior leadership to make informed decisions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to facilitate successful adoption of new methodologies and technologies.
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and build targeted mitigation plans to address adoption risks.
- Create executive-ready dashboards and reporting packages to communicate program health and progress effectively.
Skills
- 10+ years of progressive experience in program/portfolio management or organizational change management.
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
- Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a knack for crafting clear narratives.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to build KPI frameworks and track adoption metrics.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in standing up or scaling a PMO function within internal audit or financial services.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications in project management or change management.
