We are seeking a dynamic Project/Program Manager to lead innovative marketing initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain campaign roadmaps to ensure timely project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Integrated Demand Plans (IDPs) that meet organizational goals.
- Identify project risks and implement tracking protocols to ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, focusing on operational efficiency.
- Own documentation and standard operating procedures, ensuring consistency across teams.
Skills
- Proven program management experience, particularly in marketing or digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile ceremonies.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Workfront and Figma.
- Certification in Agile methodologies or program management.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for process improvements.
- Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
