Join our dynamic team as a Principal Product Manager, where you'll lead the charge in shaping the future of financial systems and enhancing customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation and strategic thinking in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate business goals and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Facilitate communication between business users and development teams to ensure seamless integration of complex business processes.
- Develop and maintain a long-term product roadmap that aligns with stakeholder objectives.
- Participate actively in Product Increment Planning sessions and champion high documentation standards.
- Identify and evaluate user personas and journeys to align solutions with business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business cases and secure necessary resources.
- Monitor industry trends and stakeholder satisfaction to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and conduct user testing and surveys to gather insights for product enhancements.
Skills
- Proficiency in Workday Financial and Accounting modules, Accounts Payable, and Suppliers.
- Experience with software design tools and development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of technical and integration architecture patterns.
- Advanced knowledge of application deployment, software testing, and support processes.
- Ability to develop product roadmaps and interpret product analytics.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Coupa, Concur, Vertex, Tango, Procore, Reconnet, Kainos, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, and Lucid Charts.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role at a large technology company.
