We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Business Analyst to support and implement network and telephony hardware/software deployments for North America-based stores. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while managing onsite technicians and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for North American network and telephony store activities, coordinating construction and deployment efforts.
- Configure network and telephony hardware for stores across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring timely implementation.
- Research, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to networking and telephony systems.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with vendors and business partners to address service level escalations.
- Utilize inventory and reporting management tools to track project statuses and provide updates to leadership.
- Engage in troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on analytical problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, with a focus on project management tools like Smartsheet and Service Now.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while adapting to changing circumstances.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with networking technologies, including routers, switches, LAN/WAN, and telephony systems.
- Background in project management or coordination within a retail or field environment.
- Familiarity with data reporting tools such as Excel, PowerBI, or Smartsheet.
